This is quite an honor for the city of West Richland and the West Richland Police Department: The website HomeSecurityAdvisor.com has named it the fourth-safest city in all of Washington!
The HSA site limited its research to cities with populations of at least 10,000, and then reviewed the available data for violent crimes and property crimes in relation to overall population. That put West Richland fourth overall behind Oak Harbor, Snoqualmie and Bainbridge Island.
